Bio: I am a regular person. I work. I am a mom. I have thoughts and opinions. Over the past several years, I have become disillusioned with the disinformation in the media, including social media, and the lack of critical thinking I see around me. I found myself becoming mad. At first, I tried to point out the problems that I saw on the social media sites. I think, however, a lot of people get tired of seeing posts about topics that are contentious and start to tune you out. I like having relationships with my friends, so I certainly did not want to become one of those people that my friends took off their feeds (maybe I'm too late.) Anyway, I thought if I could write about the things that were important to me then I could move on and maybe some of the anger could move on, too. We'll see.
